14.00: Festival office opens
The festival office at Sentralen opens. You’ll find us in room 203/204. From 14.00, it’s also possible to store luggage at Sentralen.
15.45: Opening ceremony
Opening ceremony for both Nordklang and Norbusang at Oslo City Hall! The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.
17.30: Meal: MAT
Dinner in Marmorsalen at Sentralen.
18.00 Info meeting
Info meeting for all travel leaders and conductors in room 203/204 at Sentralen.
20.00 Get innstalled at accommodation
We depart for accommodations at 19.00 and at 20.00, you can get insalled at your accommodations.
20.00 Meal: UNNUKUT TII
Unnukut tii will be available at the sleeping venue from 8:00–9:00 PM.
22.00: Quiet time

07.30: Meal: MORGENMAT
Served at each sleeping venue. The breakfast at Sentralen is from 8:15–9:15. 
09.30: Workshop
Group 1 and 2 have workshop until 11:30, and groups 3, 4, and 5 until 12:00.
11.30: Meal: LUNSJ
Served in Marmorsalen at Sentralen. Groups 1 and 2 eat at 11:30. Groups 3, 4, and 5 eat at 12:00.
12.00: Workshop
Groups 3, 4, and 5 have workshops until 16:00. Groups 1 and 2 have workshops until 15:00 and games from 16:00–17:00.
16.00: Meal: PÄIVÄLLINEN
Groups 1 and 2 eat from 16:00–17:00. Groups 3, 4, and 5 eat from 17:00–18:00.
18.00: “Share your song!”
For all festival participants (voluntary).
19.00: Meal: UNNUKUT TII
From 19:00–21:00. Available at the sleeping venue.
19.30: Concert: Three nordic national youth choirs!
Welcome to a concert with three of the national youth choirs of Norway, Sweden, and Finland at Kulturkirken Jakob! Sign-up at the festival office.
22.00: Quiet time

Groups 1 and 2 have workshops from 12:30–15:00. Groups 3, 4, and 5 have workshops from 13:00–16:00.
16.00: Games at Akershus Fortress
Festival participants are divided into two groups based on workshop group. Groups 1 and 2 have games from 15:00–15:45, and groups 3, 4, and 5 from 16:00–16:45.
16.00: Meal: PÄIVÄLLINEN
Groups 1 and 2 eat from 16:00–17:00. Groups 3, 4, and 5 eat from 17:00–18:00.
18.00: VOKALFEST
We fill Sentralen with festival participants and host a party! Welcome to Vokalfest!
19.00: Meal: UNNUKUT TII
From 19:00–21:00. Available at the sleeping venue.
20.00: Concert: Two rythmic national youth choirs!
The rhythmic national youth choirs Rytmisk Ungdomskor (NO) and Syng Selected (DK) will perform a concert at Kulturkirken Jakob! Sign-up at the festival office.
22.00: Quiet time

Group 5 has sound check in Marmorsalen at Sentralen.

12.00: Sing-along at Universitetsplassen
We end the parade with a sing-along at Universitetsplassen in the heart of Oslo!
12.30: Meal: LUNSJ
Groups 1, 2, and 5 eat from 12:30. Groups 3 and 4 eat from 13:00.
13.00: Sound checks
Sound checks and group gatherings. See separate schedule.
16.00: Final concert
Final concert in Marmorsalen at Sentralen!
17.30: Meal: PÄIVÄLLINEN
Groups 1 and 2 eat from 17:30–18:15, and groups 3, 4, and 5 eat from 18:15–19:00.
19.00: Concert: Concert: Norwegian Youth Choir’s Final Performance
At this concert, the Norwegian Youth Choir sings their final concert. They will be joined by the four other Nordic youth choirs. Read more about the concert on our website or on Facebook . The concert will take place in Oslo Cathedral, and registration is done at the festival office.
19.00: Meal: UNNUKUT TII
From 19:00–21:00. Available at the sleeping venue.
22.00: Quiet time

08.30: Check out
For those staying at Sentralen, Abildsø, and Uranienborg. Luggage can be stored at Sentralen until 12:00.
